The "Netbijak TIME Fiber 600Mbps Sign-Up Promotion" ("Promotion") is organised by Motion TV Marketing (operating via Netbijak.com), hereinafter referred to as "The Organiser". By participating in this Promotion, applicants agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:
1.1. This Promotion shall run from 1st October 2026 to 30th November 2026 (both dates inclusive, "Promotion Period"), based on Malaysian Standard Time.
1.2. Applications submitted outside the Promotion Period, or applications that are incomplete, invalid, or cancelled, will be automatically disqualified.
To be eligible for any Promotion Gift, applicants must strictly fulfill all of the following criteria:
2.1. Must be a new subscriber applying for a TIME Fiber 600Mbps broadband plan from TIME dotCom Berhad ("Participating Telco").
2.2. Must successfully submit their application exclusively through Netbijak.com during the Promotion Period. Applications made via TIME’s official website, physical stores, authorized dealer shops, or any other third-party agents will not be eligible.
2.3. Must have their selected TIME Fiber 600Mbps plan successfully installed and activated by TIME dotCom Berhad no later than 31st December 2026.
2.4. The 6-Month Holding Period (Clawback Protection): The subscriber’s fiber broadband account with TIME dotCom Berhad must remain active, in good standing, with no cancellations, no plan downgrades (e.g., downgrading from 600Mbps to a lower speed plan), no terminations, and no overdue payments / blacklists for a continuous period of at least six (6) months (or one hundred and eighty [180] calendar days) from the successful installation date.
Eligible applicants who meet all criteria in Clause 2 (Qualified Applicants) are entitled to receive one of the following gifts, subject to verification:
4.1. Due to verification requirements with TIME dotCom Berhad to ensure compliance with the 6-month holding period (Clause 2.4), the gift fulfillment process will commence only after the completion of the 180-day verification period.
4.2. The Organiser requires up to one hundred and eighty (180) working days following the successful installation and activation month to reconcile data with TIME dotCom Berhad and verify account statuses.
4.3. Gift claim instructions and Touch 'n Go pins will be sent to the Qualified Applicant's registered email address or mobile number only after successful verification.
4.4. The Organiser reserves the absolute right to forfeit, withhold, or cancel any Promotion Gift if the applicant breaches any terms, cancels or downgrades the subscription, or if the sales commission is clawed back by TIME dotCom Berhad for any reason whatsoever.
5.1. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
5.2. In the event of any dispute regarding the ranking of applications, the eligibility of users, or the fulfillment of gifts, the decision of the Organiser shall be final, conclusive, and binding. No appeals, queries, or complaints will be entertained.
5.3. Promotion Gifts are strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
6.1. By participating in this Promotion, applicants consent to the processing of their personal data by Motion TV Marketing in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) for campaign administration, verification, and marketing purposes.
6.2. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and all participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
