The "Netbijak 300Mbps Fiber Multi-Telco Sign-Up Promotion" ("Promotion") is organised by Motion TV Marketing (operating via Netbijak.com), hereinafter referred to as "The Organiser". By participating in this Promotion, applicants agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Promotion Period

1.1. This Promotion shall run from 15th September 2026 to 31st October 2026 (both dates inclusive, "Promotion Period"), based on Malaysian Standard Time. 1.2. Applications submitted outside the Promotion Period, or applications that are incomplete, invalid, or cancelled, will be automatically disqualified.

2. Eligibility & Participation Criteria

To be eligible for any Promotion Gift, applicants must strictly fulfill all of the following criteria: 2.1. Must be a new subscriber applying for a 300Mbps Fiber broadband plan from any of the following participating telecommunication providers ("Participating Telcos"):

1. Maxis (Maxis Berhad)
2. CelcomDigi (CelcomMobile Sdn Bhd / Digi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd)
3. TM Unifi (Telekom Malaysia Berhad) 2.2. Must successfully submit their application exclusively through Netbijak.com during the Promotion Period. Applications made via the official websites of the Participating Telcos, physical stores, authorized dealer shops, or any other third-party agents will not be eligible. 2.3. Must have their selected 300Mbps Fiber plan successfully installed and activated by the respective Participating Telco no later than 30th November 2026. 2.4. The 6-Month Holding Period (Clawback Protection): The subscriber’s fiber broadband account with the respective Participating Telco must remain active, in good standing, with no cancellations, no plan downgrades (e.g., downgrading from 300Mbps to a lower speed plan), no terminations, and no overdue payments / blacklists for a continuous period of at least six (6) months (or one hundred and eighty [180] calendar days) from the successful installation date.

3. Promotion Gift Categories & Allocation

Eligible applicants who meet all criteria in Clause 2 (Qualified Applicants) are entitled to receive one of the following gifts, subject to verification:

1. Grand Prize (RM500 Touch 'n Go e-Wallet Pin):
2. Limited strictly to the 100th, 200th, 300th, 400th, and 500th successful and verified installations combined across all Participating Telcos.
3. Rankings shall be determined based on the official timestamp of submission on Netbijak.com and official activation confirmation from the respective Participating Telco (Capped at a strict total of 5 winners as per campaign design).
4. Winners of the Grand Prize will not be entitled to the Guaranteed Prize.
5. Guaranteed Prize (RM50 Touch 'n Go e-Wallet Pin):
6. Guaranteed to all other Qualified Applicants who successfully met all criteria in Clause 2 but were not selected for the Grand Prize.
7. Each Qualified Applicant is strictly eligible for a maximum of one (1) Promotion Gift only, regardless of how many applications or Telcos they subscribe to.

4. Verification and Gift Fulfilment Process

4.1. Due to verification requirements with the respective Participating Telcos to ensure compliance with the 6-month holding period (Clause 2.4), the gift fulfillment process will commence only after the completion of the 180-day verification period. 4.2. The Organiser requires up to one hundred and eighty (180) working days following the successful installation and activation month to reconcile data with the respective Participating Telcos and verify account statuses. 4.3. Gift claim instructions and Touch 'n Go pins will be sent to the Qualified Applicant's registered email address or mobile number only after successful verification. 4.4. The Organiser reserves the absolute right to forfeit, withhold, or cancel any Promotion Gift if the applicant breaches any terms, cancels or downgrades the subscription, or if the sales commission is clawed back by the respective Participating Telco for any reason whatsoever.

5. Organiser's Rights & Discretion

5.1. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 5.2. In the event of any dispute regarding the ranking of applications (combined across all Participating Telcos), the eligibility of users, or the fulfillment of gifts, the decision of the Organiser shall be final, conclusive, and binding. No appeals, queries, or complaints will be entertained. 5.3. Promotion Gifts are strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

6. Personal Data & Governing Law

6.1. By participating in this Promotion, applicants consent to the processing of their personal data by Motion TV Marketing in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) for campaign administration, verification, and marketing purposes. 6.2. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and all participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
